Quality of Life change for J4

Personally, I would like to see a timer put on my targets from J4's passive. Something akin to yasuo's dash timer. Just a little circle that says "hey j4, buddy, you can pimp slap this chump again."

I think the difficulty would be in making it distinct from all the other visual timers, but definitely something that would be worthwhile.
