Toxicity, why? seriously it doesnt help.

Im a new player, and i get insulted for just that. being new. i get flamed and trolled for not being able to perform against a smurf several times better than me, and even reported. Why? why cant i just learn the game peacefully and with helpful advice instead of "omg noob go kill yourself". I may not be a ranked capable player, but im not playing in ranked matches. So why should i be subject to hate for wanting to play a game?
