Can we finally get a restirction for champions in ranked?

I'll keep it short. Very simple idea that can prevent bullsht happening in our games. Literally happening too often even in higher divisions. Just had 2 players going first time champs. first time illaoi top and first time ahri mid (additionally the guy doesnt even play mid but mains adc). So I had a lot of fun watching them die over and over and being useless. Additionally had an afk support for 10 minutes, but basically we played 3v5 because 2 people decide to screw over the rest of the team with excuse "nobody tries in normals and flexq". Well I dont care. I was learning champs in normal games and few games were enough to get a grasp and at least not feed and know what to do in some situations. Just lock the champ out of ranked unless the player played 5 normal games on the account. and for the smurfs that will probably start a complain immediately after hearin this idea. there should be option to link an account to main account so the limit is immediately taken when main has games of that champ played on it. Simple thing that will prevent people from making the game impossible to win from the start.
