---NERFS---

Yasuo - Give his E a longer cooldown so he has to be a bit more smart when navigating through lane. Will help to balance out the fact that hes gonna both crit and heal for shit tons.

Zed -Decrease the damage on his passive to enemy champions so that he can stop one shotting people.

Veigar - Get rid of his Q's ability to stack, because hes honestly still strong without it anyways.

Kindred - Get rid of that slow or atleast make it alot less brutal. Why does this ADC with incredible mobility also get a crippling slow lol.

Shen - Get rid of his base resistances or whatever it is that makes it impossible to kill him at all points in laning phase.

Rengar - Yeah i'm done with this dude. Once he starts healing on hits crits and starts rushing IE, we are going to see a new dark age of league of legends. This will encourage an era of no counterplay, its gonna be like AP xin zhao but with the ability to jump on someone from thin fucking air.

Talon - Once again, another crit abuser. "Man these guys are so annoying as it is, lets just buff them more!" - Riot (tm).

---BUFFS---

Azir - C'mon riot, it should be obvious that a .4% playrate and 43% winrate isn't a healthy form of balancing a champion. Just fucking handcap him in professional play, non-pros shouldn't be punished for wanting to play a cool champ. Give him his knockup back.

Syndra - Another high skill champion who has been treated like shit by riot. We get it, shes good in the hands of the right people, just like Azir. But stop punishing literally everyone else. She has so many bugs to begin with, but I won't even get into that. Give her the true damage on her Q already, stop hesitating.

Lissandra - Give her some innate mpen or something. Its not fair that whenever I lane against a shen it takes roughly ~100 q's to get him to half health.

Cassiopeia - Suggestions for buffing Cassiopeia back to her natural state have been everywhere. It should be obvious, but you guys are like deer in headlights. Main thing here is getting rid of some of the most prominent mana issues, such as going completely OOM after casting twin fangs like 3 times lmao.

Cassiopeia : I play her a LOT and I feel she's perfect (except maybe give back her 3% mana on E kill, 1.5% is not enough). Very strong damage early (if you know how to play her) and obviously lategame. What I do is spam Q on the enemy laner (for the passive stacks) and E minions (for infinite mana). When he's low you can go for the kill (movement speed on Q and slow on W ensures he'll not escape) OR if he jumps on you just W and kite. Just build her an item 3003 and item 3027 (92 AP on archangel's passive w/those 2 items) She IS a lategame hypercarry anyways...

Solving her mana issues early game would make her WAY too strong on all phases of the game. (Early QWEEEEE combo deals a lot & she scales SUPER hard with passive and being able to spam E)

I like the fact that cassio is a very hard to play champ, but extremely rewarding because of all the damage and tools she gets. Movement speed for kiting AOE slows Huge AoE stun with R Extreme amounts of AP with passive (30% extra AP) and 25% CDR. A 300 + 110% AP DPS on only E Poison damage amplifier on E (Lategame cassio with 1000 ap only needs 1Q, 1W and 1E to kill a squishy) Very adaptable build either super high health utility and super high damage (item 3040 item 3027 item 3135 item 3116 item 3151 ) or TONS OF DAMAGE (item 3285 item 3135 item 3157 item 3089 item 3040)

Veigar : Even though I HATE this champ (cassio's #1 counter), his Q stacking is removing part of his essence as a champion, it would be like removing vayne's W true damage.
