Assassins counter mages and adc's Fighters tanks counter Assassins Mages and adc's counter tanks and fighters (in late game) and usually not before it So... you know how it is retarded wind drake does the most damage? it's because it attacks faster then any other drake, even with less base damage. Tanks, do a lot of damage, cause they have consistant (albeit low) damage. If you are getting bursted by a tank early mid game, pick an MR or ARMOR item against them, shouldn't be a problem :)
2: Towers are things, they hurt, but yeah, I don't have much to say besides that towers could use a buff.
