I feel bad for galio mains
I dont understand why riot couldnt just make a new chanp altogether instead of reworking a classic champ like galio. I mean at least keep him a mid laner.

I don't understand how they can say he's an anti-mage when he doesn't have anything in his kit beyond a measly magic shield..
I have quite a few games on Galio, and the reowrk first made me happy!
I was like: FINALLY YOUR ULT HAS MOBILITY!!
But then I saw you can only cast it on allies and you have to be a tank...
You're like 
a Tank toplaner/ Tank support..
And not a mage anymore... :( 
He still is a mid-laner though. He still scales off MR, he still scales off AP, he still has ranged clear. He still is the counter to mages he was.
I have 100k mastery on Galio and think I will still like him. However, my main is still deleted and will never be seen again. Galio used to be a strong pick against mobile AP assassins because he could just chunk them down while taking very little damage. Now with his Q change he will do almost nothing to them because they have to stand in it to get full effect. My biggest issue with this new champion is that all sense of his healing is now gone. Galio used to have the strongest self heal in the game and now he has the lowest health regen in the game with no way to heal himself.
