Removing Final Boss Veigar's "deletion effect" when killing something with his Q

I always thought that this was a cool implementation to make Final Boss feel like a Final Boss, the fact that you literally delete someone with your Q, whether it's minions or not. All i'm suggesting is that you take back this "bugfix" and make it an actual feature of the skin, it doesn't hurt anybody and is quite pleasing to see, it also works well with the theme of the skin.
