Not that common, but his heal scales of ap, so why not. Also not that common, but it's pretty great on him too. Ok, if you haven't tried this yet, play Lulu top with a Hurricane and this shit, and watch your opponents melt away.

gunsoo is a good item but i don't find it op. The problem to me,is how cost effectiv it is. It should be AT LEAST 3k5 gold imo.

I just played a game as XinZhao . Rengar who was top on my team died twice early to MonkeyKing . Then he left. Game went on, enemy and enemy Shaco were as fed as me at about 6-1. I started bullying their Syndra and eventually I surpassed them a little. I was consistently getting dragon, my build was item 3931 item 1315 item 3124 item 1053 or something like that and we started to group as the game progressed, I was able to sustain through Shaco 's burst at full health and whup him after, I even got a triple or too in a 2v4 fight or something like that. Went on to late game and I was completely unstoppable. Baron didn't stand a chance. We won pretty darn handily, because to me, a tower meant nothing, I built item 1053 into item 3146 then bought item 3156 item 3115 item 2140 . My KDR at the end was 30-4-6.

He REALLY Needs one blast of a nerf, or I'm going to be playing a lot of XinZhao cuz his brokenness is so dam fun.

The only true damage you got there is some from skirmisher I don't see how Aatrox's sustain or Diana's CC are that good. Well yeah Aatrox is a sustain champion, but he's pretty garbage right now. And Diana? She has among the least amount of CC in the game. Katarina has crappy sustained damage. She has burst and resets, and that's it. Katarina that gets no reset, for example in a 1v1 against a bruiser, gets shit on. There's the ult, but still. You want sustained damage, check Cassiopeia

item 3715 true damage is actually pretty good Aatrox 's name should be sustain he has a ton of it. Hes not that great right now but he has a ton of it. item 3072 item 3812 item 3074 item 3065 not to mention his W and ult attack speed.

I don't see how XinZhao 's CC is that good, that's why I didn't say Lissandra . Katarina 's ult is really good sustained damage, but yeah saying Cassiopeia would have been more descriptive.

In fairness to Xin Zhao.. he has a knock-up, a slow, and an isolation knockback ult.

He has CC far beyond the level of Diana.

His ult doesn't CC challenged targets, I found this out when battling a Katarina , she ulted and I ulted, but I didn't knock her back because I challenger so I died (early game, I would have been able to lifesteal through it late game LOL) Maybe CC level of idk JarvanIV ?

I don't think Riot should make a knee jerk reaction and create a non-viable item. Too many new items have historically ended up in the dumpster due to not being allowed to compete with previously existing items. Statistically, Guinsoo's is actually one of the most rarely built items in the game right now... According to Elophant, Guinsoo's item 3124 is #115, right next to Zeke's Harbinger item 3050 at #116 in the last 7 days of data.

I am in favor of being cautious about nerfing an item that is already very rarely being used... Perhaps Kayle Kayle and XinZhao AP Xin's synergy with the item could be lightly nerfed, but again, I am in favor of being cautious. There is no need to be heavy-handed in this situation.
