However, if Battle Cast is allowed to sub in some champions, they can send Cho'gath mid and perhaps Urgot top to negate some of PROJECT's early game advantage. Cho can deny Zed, and Urgot can poke down Fiora before she gets her items.
Late game, Battle Cast will flat out destroy PROJECT unless BC is extremely behind.

In terms of objective control, BC got Skarner who can CC Yi and Cho'gath who can Feast the Dragon/Baron.
On a side note, BC team is almost entirely AP as well. Even ADC Kog deals a hefty amount of magic damage.
Given how powerful is currently, if Leona manages to catch out Viktor or Kog, they will be blown up in a fraction of a second, allowing Fiora to activate her Grand Challenge healing fountain.
That ability heals everyone for almost 2k, all the CC in the world isn't going to save BC.
Or PROJECT team can just send Fiora and Yi to split push 1-3-1. No one on the BC team can fight 1 v 1, or might even struggle with 1 v 2 against Fiora and Yi. BC got a ton of wave clear and very strong team fight, but none on their team can duel well even if you sub in Xerath or Urgot. PROJECT can just split, and I am pretty confident that Fiora or Yi can solo kill the enemy team if they come one at a time.
Of course, BC will just take Baron and Dragons like no tomorrow. PROJECT definitely has the edge early on, but BC can win late game through superior team fights and far better objective control.

True. Very true. Except if it's just the 5 newest of each, Viktor will feed Zed fairly hard, I imagine. Skarner will be annoying all game long, but I imagine Lucian, Fiora, Zed, and Yi would get QSS's.
Battlecast has great late game, but PROJECT: might pubstomp them early game. Leona can save a ton of her cc for when Vel'Koz ults and stuff. I honestly feel like PROJECT: would win simply because of the extreme early game advantage, as well as devourer Yi.
DarthSpectrum2 votesZed is the bane of AP burst casters, but Viktor isn't so much of a pushover either. I play both champions myself, and although the lane favors Zed, it can go either way.
Viktor's poke is actually a lot stronger. E does full damage even going through minions, and has the same insane range as a W Q combo from Zed. At level 6, Zed can easily pick off Viktor if Viktor is not careful, but soon Viktor will begin to out scale Zed in terms of damage, and he can always get a Zhonyas. Viktor's Q alone will do around 2k full build.
Fiora doesn't win lane right away against Cho'gath. But after finishing Hydra and BT/BC though (or even just Hydra), she can just 100-0 him with her ultimate the moment Cho tries to farm out of turret range.
Only Cho has a strong early game on the side of BC. PROJECT can definitely snow ball the game if they get the gold onto Yi, Fiora, or Lucian. Nonetheless, although I love PROJECT and own all the skins, I would put my bet on Battle Cast.
Cho'gath can literally just W and Zed, Lucian, and Fiora suddenly becomes useless until the end of the duration. Yi is going to have to get through Skarner and Cho to get to Kog hitting them from >800 range back. Even if Yi can 100-0 Kog in 3 AAs, he is going to get stunned until he dies. (Especially since Vel, Cho, and Vik can chain their AOE CC together for a stun that almost rivals Dark Binding.)
Zed can also try to delete Kog, but he is going to suffer the same fate as Yi. If they both go, Viktor and Vel'Koz will start taking out Project's back line. Cho's feast and a Skarner Q and Titanic Hydra proc will 100-0 either Yi or Zed, while the remaining one will get CC locked.
My vote would have to be with BC just because how strong their CC chain and objective control are. If PROJECT can't end it early, they won't be able to rely on Baron or Dragon to help them.
Granted, if BC doesn't have their full team in a fight, they are kinda screwed against PROJECT. As I mentioned earlier, Fiora or Yi can both take on the entire BC line up if it is just a series of 1 v 1s or 1 v 2s.
Of course if Leona lands a perfect ultimate, the entire BC team will get deleted instantly. If Skarner and Cho engages too early and lives Kog by himself, it is a easy win for PROJECT as well.

Yeh her passive doesn't proc off of monsters but that isn't important. Her W is was makes hers a good against damage and her Q and E are pretty awesome for ganking. So yes she is strong in Jungle but you gotta be good with timing to get your W off at the right time for monsters AND CCs from your allies enemies when ganking.
