In this line up, PROJECTs have a clear edge in lane. Fiora can easily 1 v 1 Cho once she gets her core items. Zed is simply good against mages. And Lucian & Leona is simply stronger early game than Kog'maw and Vel'koz.
However, if Battle Cast is allowed to sub in some champions, they can send Cho'gath mid and perhaps Urgot top to negate some of PROJECT's early game advantage. Cho can deny Zed, and Urgot can poke down Fiora before she gets her items.
Late game, Battle Cast will flat out destroy PROJECT unless BC is extremely behind.
