Well, just figured out why Fizz has to stay unbalanced. If he was balanced, he'd have permanent untargetability. Which would make him unbalanced. It's like he's forever doomed to be an annoying little shit.
His abs will start to hurt, along with his arms. Then he will fall down and be stunned for 20 seconds.
