Lower the sigil from 1.5->1 second. She can't survive for more than a second in a teamfight. The mimic doesn't work. If you even dare to launch any abilitiy, they can tell right away which one is you. Not only that, it only lasts for 2.5 seconds. Make sigil last 4->5 seconds. She's useless if she misses the proc. Which is extremely easy considering she needs to stay in the fight for 1.5 secs to hit the enemy with another spell, while trying to avoid damage. If she avoids damage and uses her distortion, she can't proc the mark. If she stays in, she dies.

NOTE :** Her teamfighting is terrible, nobody is complaining about her damage or waveclear**

On a side note, why does her ult do less damage than the basic ability?

Her passive has a .8% scaling, what the fuck are you guys on about? It was a blatant buff across the board. She can now insta clear waves with W > Q, never even have to fight against her lane opponent, push the wave in, roam for free kills.

? She has to go into the wave to do that, and wait for minions to group up. Her rotation total damage got nerfed, so do math. She was always able to waveclear LOL... She just clears melees faster She can't burst for shit in teamfights.

do u even common sense She got nerfed in every way possible in exchange for what? 3 secs faster waveclear? Her kit doesn't work. She's not even an assassin anymore with the pathetic waittime. No other champion has to wait to do damage.

Her damage got delayed but in turn is hilariously high. Today I literally oneshot someone with RE. Matter of fact, E and Mimiced E are easily your strongest damage spells, and you don't even max E until last which is hilarious.

The difference is that other assassins have a lot of tools to get out. Because of all the delays and strafing she has to do, her W isn't nearly the escape anymore it used to be. And on top of that, she lost her passive controllable clone which actually helped in getting away when low.

She has NOTHING to help her when she is low and caught out, when you have Kata with blink, talon with parkour, kha's jump reset, etc etc. LB's W will be on cooldown because she can't buy CDR Anymore since she's forced to build tank. She isn't the deceiver at all anymore - her deceptive tools are just utter crap.

Sure you can have success with her in lane and have the highest CS. But come 35 minutes, it doesn't matter if you're 24/0 and 250 cs, nobody gives a shit about you anymore because you can't do anything but split push.

Honestly haven't this problem either, I mean I've tried a Rylais in her build and while it's actually pretty good, there is still space for CDR. My standard build on her now is; item 3001 / item 3157 Generally you don't need both unless you're playing Liss. item 3020 item 3285 item 3135 item 3089 item 3165 , with 10% CDR in blues I get 40%. The Luden's is actually not necessary as I might swap it for Rylais, but right now I like it because RE/E alone procs everything with it. SoM, TLD and the actual Ethereal Chains damage, which is pretty much a one-shot/half hp depending on what you used. Differences in opinion are fine. My major disagreement with you is her being better than before. In many ways, she is flat out objectively worse, and I'm certain her winrate will be among the lowest the game has seen once data comes out.

Here's what she's gained from the rework :

-Waveclear without blowing ult, but most of the game LB oneshots the caster minions anyway and late game her ulti gets down to 14-15 sec CD, so WR wasn't a big deal. -the ability to combo in a different order if she wants -a global uncontrollable clone that always acts the exact same manner every time it is used

Her dmg is not only reduced, but delayed significantly, reducing her pick potential, making it impossible to kill an adc anywhere near their team unless they're bad and let you land E and don't bother moving out of range or pressing right click on you and killing you before the chain goes off.
Her combos are now significantly delayed because now there is lag in the button presses when using her ult, and delay on the snapback so she can't W on top of a team to try to use her Q combo.
Her 1s passive was basically removed and her useful clone was replaced with garbage clones that disappear before they do anything, or are uncontrollable and don't act like leblanc. Seriously no LB is going to walk up to someone in plain sight and Q them or W on top of them the way the clone does. If people are blowing flashes and stuff before she even uses an ability, or uses chain without using W first probably have never played with the new LB. After a game or two against LB, nobody will blow flashes on her RR - it's useless.

I don't see what you see in terms of how she's better. For what little she gained, she lost so, so much.

I guess I'm just being blinded by hype at the moment then, because she really feels and plays way better than before. I'll probably just have to play more games on her and then make a proper and objective take on her rework.

On a side note though, while I'm pretty fine with the rework atm, that doesn't mean I have a few issues.

I really think they need tweak her ult clone activation, having it up but not being able to use it because R is on CD is pretty miserable. SoM needs to scale down in delay, while I have no troubles proccing all the way through early-mid game, late game is a bit of a hassle. An unnecessary one at that too if I don't have Rylais. Anything, just anything to improve the W delay, it feels like lag and is just pretty terrible in general. Almost reminds me of when they decided to nerf her W travel speed.

I feel if Riot worked on these it'd definitely do wonders both for her and us.

i literally told u the calculated damage is less than prerework regardless of how "hilariously high" you think it is. The numbers are lower, what don't you get? 1 is less than 2. It's not hilariously high. It's lower than what it used to be.
