Youmuu's Ghostblade

Now I don't know what you people are thinking, but it's like this every game for me: I get oppressed hard on my lane because either , or builds the Ghostblade.

It's not the build path, not the AD, and not the active effect that completely denies me a chance to fight back. It's the 20 armor penetration effect. You see, these 3 champions all have one thing in common: They deal enormous amounts of physical damage, they're getting foam around their mouths at Lvl.6 and they all love to build because you're almost unable to contest against somebody who is way faster, way stronger and way more oppressive than you are.

I just wanted to share my opinion about this with you people. I see "Lucian is OP" threads every once in a while, but nobody seems to address the main issue here: Every ADC who is not a "walking Deadman" that cashes in armor just by shooting something has an average armor of 25-40, and Youmuu cuts right through that armor like butter. Now the worst part about this is, that Draven's Q boosts his AA damage a lot and Lucian/Miss Fortune dish out outrageous amounts of physical damage with their ult, so they practically just BEG to get their hands on an item that let's them ignore 20 armor of somebody who only has between 25-40 armor.

Considering that Youmuu's has an active effect of 20% movement speed and 40% attack speed for 6 seconds every 45 seconds, 10% CDR and 60 AD, don't you think that adding an extra 20 armor penetration is a little bit overkill? Especially if people rush that item on bot lane?

Let me know what you think. I'm not the best at balance related topics, but Youmuu's ghostblade has been a thorn in my finger for quite a while now and I'm surprised that nobody else seems to address the 20 armor pen that just come for free.
