@Riot A solution for players first timing champs in ranked.

People should not be first timing champs in a competitive ranked game. I cant tell you how many times people have gone in never playing a champ and just decided oh i will play them anyways and then completely tanked a ranked game.

So I propose Riot implement a system to make it so people have to learn champs in norms till mastery level 2 then can take them into ranked. This would help insure players have experience playing the champs they take into ranked since they have at least played a couple games with them. Therefore keeping ranked a competitive atmosphere instead of this messing-around mentality ranked has been taking on.
