Ekko isn't broken.

But he does way too much. His kit is practically the definition of 'overloaded', why is his passive arguably better then Vayne's W that she had to give up a skill slot for? Why does his W have such a large stun, as well as a large shield and slow? Why is his E a dash, blink, and and on hit bonus? Why does his ultimate have a base heal attached to it as well as a % of damage taken, with a huge aoe nuke that does 1.3 of his ap?

I get it Riot, you want to make cool and interesting champions, but when it's only fun for the person playing Ekko and just obnoxious for everyone else, I think you just achieved the opposite of your initial goal.

Doing too much also defines being overpowered or "broken".

Ekko can kite just about every champ with a sub 1000 range gap closer or attack with relative ease. His passive alone is doing way too many things: 50-80% slow on multiple enemies 50-80% simultaneous move buff for Ekko Lots of bonus magic damage

It's beyond me why this can affect multiple enemy champs at the same time. It should be against a single target if it's going to do that much stuff. On top of that, his Q is another AoE slow up to 60%.

His W is an AoE that gives him execute damage on targets below 30% health, slows enemies by 40%, and he can "detonate" it for a shield and an AoE stun. What the hell? Why is all this stuff AoE?

The last issue I have with him is the heal scaling on his ult. I'm seeing too many Ekko's healing for upwards of 60% of their total health. He's supposed to be an assassin/fighter, but the end result is a fighter that blows people up or kites forever?

Head meet desk.

I look at the cinematic that Riot did for Ekko and thinking... "How the heck are they gonna make this work!?" Then they release him and some face roll with him others just self detonate. I just played a game of Ekko vs Darius with me being darius.. the never ending poke plus the double buff stack he gets that grants him bonus magic damage. Nevermind that I'm building Magic Resist.. Then when I try to kill him he Ults and removes my hemorrage and gains health.. WHILE I STILL HAVE THE DAMAGE HE DEALT TO ME!! Now many people say, "well that's how he is supposed to be played." Let me explain time travel and all that fun stuff.. Which ironically was pretty much shown in the cinematic they did of him.. When you hit someone then go back in time.. you never hit that person.. it just doesn't happen. Period. Ekko is currently a champ any halfwit can play.. And so far that's all Iv'e seen play him. He is a no risk, high reward champ with buffs other champs have only ever dreamed off.. Kit is way too overloaded. "But wouldn't that make him useless if you return the damage he does when he uses his ult?" Useless? OF COURSE HE'D BE USELESS!! JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER CHAMP IS NOW!! sigh only Ekko fanboys think that a nerf is a bad idea.. But it's coming sooner or later, cuz that is what Rito does. Rito = "WTF is balance?"

Add this one. Innate Passive: Slow, Haste, spell effects. 3 function in 1 skill. Q: Slow + Innate Passive. W: Slow + stun + shield + bonus dmg on hit passive + Innate Passive E: Double dash + Innate Passive R: Heal + AOE burst dmg + Innate Passive
