I am Pacman1 votesvlad and swain definitely needed some changes, they havn't changed ekko much (nerfed him a bit), hell ekko is one I would argue that is "broken" and needs fixing. Velkoz was barley changed (the buffed him, giving q mana refund and passive more intergrated with kit so his ulti does true damage). I can understand why they changed viktor but I will have to try him out to see if I like the new direction.
Malz certainly didn't get a nerf, that mofo is now way to op with his new passive.
