what I bet the poppy rework will look like
P: poppy makes #LCSBIGPLAYS P2: poppy gains double health (but health items are %10 less effective ooh that's gonna help 7000 HP poppy) P3: poppy gains extra AD for every champion around
Q: Passive- If poppy kills her target she can jump to the nearest turret. -Active- Poppy dashes in a straight line knocking everything she hits up into the air, if she hits a champion she can teleport to the nearest enemy with the lowest healtha
W: poppy strengthens her resolve gaining 400 MS for 3 seconds activating the ability lets you jump 1000 units in whatever direction you want (this will seperate good poppys from great poppys)
E: Poppys next attack deals %50 of the targets maximum health in true damage, if the target dies poppy can jump back to the teams fountain
R: poppy jumps to target enemy knocking them up and dealing TONS OF DAMAGE.
we really wanted poppy to destroy those stupid tanks. poppy is now an assassin instead of a bruiser.
Okay obviously this is me making a jab at the Riot champion design team who seem to be adding more mobility and escapes to champions while also adding %max HP damage.
