Gangplank Needed Change
Gangplank's E is really hard to use and is really easy to play around with almost no punishment so I think his E can lose range, but needs an exact 2 second frame of invincibility. I think it's the perfect balance. The only other thing I really can think of that is bad about new GP is that his Silver Serpents are hard to get on ARAM, so maybe add some passive generation on that or make him get more bang for his buck on ARAM?
