Riot please say you guys have some plans to buff twitch

As we all know twitch is just in a mess right now ever since his stealth nerfs and how kalista can basically just have infinite stacks while twitch gets like 5 or so that don't deal as much damage. Alongside his extremely weak lanephase compared to every adc his is the absolute worse. Why exactly give a 6 second delay on his stealth where is the logic behind this exactly. I'd be fine if it was like 2-3 seconds or something but 6 whole seconds is a huge amount of time. His E got nerfed quite a lot too because he was deemed a lane bully now he's the downright weakest laner in the game. I'm fine with tradeoffs for power but right now twitch just seems so weak compared to all other adcs in the game right now. Also the Q nerf should be reverted if anything to compensate for it increase the cost of mana. And last but not least his E why can't twitch get resets like kalista for it why is kalistas rend considered balanced while twitch can't have the same thing too?
