Shouldn't the void spawns from the Zz'Rot Portal ignore lane minions?

So I know Zz'Rot Portal item 3512 generally isn't used a lot, I use it with Bard but that's about it. But when I DO use it it seems kind of bad, because sometimes a lot of lane minions just stack up close to the portal, because the minions keep going for the void spawns and the other way around, making the portal completely useless unless you want CS... And what makes it worse is that it will also make it a lot more obvious that there is a portal there, which will get it destroyed a lot quicker. So I thought if the voidspawns ignored the minions, the item would be a lot stronger, and maybe even make it used a little bit more.

P.S I'm not English, so I hope everything is a little bit understandable.

Problem is, the tower would kill the void spawns pretty quickly without other minions to tank it.

The point of zzrot portal isn't to just take towers, it's to push your lane a bit when you lack the offensive power. Sunfire cape and portal combined will allow any tank to split-push like a monster.

it doesn't really make a difference unless there are minions there to take tower shots for the voidlings anyway.

towers kill voidlings in one shot

They should either A.) ignore lane minions and just zerg towers... or B.) explode when killed dealing aoe damage to lane minions.

I like the fact that i can place the portal really far down a pushed lane and have it be stalled until somebody goes to take it. It's like the banner of command but better... slightly...
