Increase Darius Q width during passive effect

Guys this is just impossible to play right now. People simply don't respect the champ at higher elo. "Being tanky and dealing tons of damage" thing is in the past. Current adcs/apcs/mobile bruisers dealing just incredible amount of damage (Remember Juggernaut patch when ADC/APC/Assassins were useless? When tanks hadnt the Grasp of Undying/Reworked Gauntlet/Buffed Sunfire. Yep. Darius used to be insane back these days but now everthing changed).

You can't really rush full resistance/HP build to make yourself useful. No sir. Tanky items are really weak if champion don't have natural defensive buffs (%dmg reduction, %bonus armor, low cooldown shields). Darius got really clear counter play and that made him completely uhm irrelevant. Yeah. Players are able to outplay him hard but Darius himself got no tools to outplay enemy. May be outsmart but not outplay.

Here what I can suggest:** Increase Q width from 220 to 270 during Noxian Might effect** to make that state more rewarding if you managed to get it. Please guys don't start whining about how champion broken is. He's honestly not. I'd rather say he's completely garbage. I had so much moments when I had my chance to carry (Enemy ignored me so I was getting free passive) but Q hitbox ruined all day. People don't stick to me just to avoid the ax. Nope. They simply attack me just by clicking to the model. This isn't an outplay gentlemen. Simply brainless disrespect.
