Let's delete Sterak Gage

Let's face the fact this item doesn't bring anything good or interesting for the game. In my opinion this item is really toxic even after nerfs. It was intended for so called juggernaut class but actually the item gets abused by . All of them got their own defensive mechanics and dashes/jumps. In my opinion this isn't right when fighters without espcape and mobile fighters build the same items. Late game Jax Irelia Fiora etc are able to perform exactly the same role late game as juggernauts. They just rush forward to the target and gets focused. 1K HP shield plus great synergy with + . (Combined with jumps-dashes-stun-reflect they can do this job even better). May be juggernaut players wont be happy about this but at least squshy fighters wont be able to do exactly the same job as juggernaut's. **How about to change HP% shield from maximum to bonus? **
