The black cleaver/ghost blade build on him, is probably one of the worst builds as it does zero damage compared to essence reaver/pd, maybe the bc build works in bronze or silver, but it does no damage

You need to check your facts buddy. Not only is this build tearing up the Korean Challenger scene but stat wise it more than keeps up with essence reaver/pd.

That said, I don't think its OP. It just has power spikes that most people aren't used to and it catches people off guard.

I just started a game, playing Lucian, I will try the build, and see if I like it better than essence/pd

It works best against tank teams since it has so much armor shred. Stronger mid game but it falls off late unless you transition and get more crit.

imaqtpie has been building him this way, I saw sneaky get rekt by it just yesterday.. it's definitely not bronze/silver bad ... he's way better at dealing with tanks with this build also, so there goes again another one of his supposed weaknesses..
