Right now you guys took away the cdr runes then you take away the only item that grants 20 percent cdr, it's very hard to get to max cdr at this point you have to dedicate at least half of your build to cdr... I understand maybe you guys are trying to give clear choices between cdr and flat power but there is no balance in the current stage of the game with morello changed.
.....No. 40% CDR is so easy to get I often get it without even realizing it. As Talon I get it 3-4th item with Duskblade, Yoummus, Cleaver.
If anything it's oversaturated.
you can get 10% cdr from socery, and an additional 15% on your ult. You could even take inspiration, for another 5%.
They took out morellonimican, and added THREE items that give 20% CDR.
<Removed by Moderation>How exactly is it hard now that you have 3 items that grant 20% CDR? You pick up the rune that's 30 then you literally choose either defensive items or lich bane if you feel that confident and boom you're at 40%.
CDR was power-creeped over the years. It is a good thing that it is finally harder to max out. Now they just need to do it for AD (and possibly tank) items as well and things will be gucci.
Cdr is powerful stat, 40% cdr isnt supposed to be easily achievable.
Can you give a bit more info on what your getting at? The only thing I can think of is you are referring to last season.(we are a number of patches past not having old runes) It would also be helpful to know what champs your playing that you think 40% CDR is required to play correctly.
