Can we please get Veigar's reliable point-and-click Q ability or instant stun back? Veigar is a really mediocre champion. An instant E allows for way more skill expression and instant dash stopping. I think Veigar wouldn't be broken even if he had it.
I read skill expression as "I know where to click and thus you have no counterplay to my stun".
That's actually pretty much what his old E was. His new E is still extremely impactful as a zone control tool, which is what it was designed to be in the first place.
We already have a low-range low-mobility click target stun burst mage anyway

An instant AoE stun would be crazy stronk
The point n click Q tho, remove the ability to get 2 ap per cast
