AD junglers will still be top tier (Lee,Kha and especially Master...) => OP champs that everyone will be scared to face.

This is a pretty big change, since not rushing a jungle item this season really gimped your gold income. And the best item to rush out of the four possibilities always was Elder Lizard, as that one does not need extra times or gold investment to reach its full power.

you missed one- rammus. he does just fine, and if the 10% bonus armor/mr from the 2nd dragon holds.... good god O.o
