With the mana pots being removed, could you look at the mana costs of certain support's abilites ?

Bard's W costs 90 mana at all ranks, Janna's Q costs 90 at first rank and 150 at max , Sona's W costs 80 mana at first rank and other cost may not be as absurd, but could use tweaking. Ok the mana level one of these champs where increased, but still, I find these costs to be quite high and should be decreased.
