Looking at his numberss he is fine in the midlane his jungle isnt the best right now. With it being focused around early game skirmishes in the River.

I have nothing against Karthus BTW this just seems like an out of the blue change.

After looking at the changes for Karthus, they just seem like some buffs to push Karthus to be played more. Keep in mind that changes on the PBE are not final and are subject to change when they hit live servers.
