Small QoL change for Diana
Her Passive, Moonsilver Blade, procs an AoE magic damage on every third hit. I have noticed that, while it does what it's supposed to do on towers, on inhibitors it would "proc" without dealing the extra damage. Now, since letting it do the full damage to inhibs might be too strong, I suggest Diana could stack her passive on inhibs, and not "proc" it on them, retaining 2 stacks with the next basic attack on champions/minions/monsters/towers within the timespan until the stacks wear off procing the passive as usual.
