9/2 PBE Update

They're changing the charge time from .9-1.3 to .9-1.5. Does this mean that zacs E charges a little faster? Or does his E take longer to charge? If the latter then why on earth are they nerfing zac? What parallel universe did I step in where he's played at all?

You know, they buffed his E range at higher ranks, so they probably just increased the charge time so that the charge speed (in range per sec) stays similar. Not a real nerf IMO.
