I want 2 new items to help all league champions to counter the Drain-Tanking Mechanic.

The first is a 1000 gold item called : Assassin's will. Build Path: 2x(435 gold E.Tome) >>> 130 gold >>> 1000 gold Assassin's will Stats : 40 ability power Passive: Cursed Strike : Morellonomicon Passive. Upgrade in Morellonomicon : 1600 gold Oblivion Orb + 1000 gold Assassin's will >>> 400 gold>>> 3000 gold Morellonomicon

The second item is a 1200 gold item called : Adaptive Shield Build Path: 450 gold Null-Magic Mantle + 400 gold Ruby Crystal>>>350 gold>>> 1200 gold Adaptive Shield Stats: 250 hp + 25 Mr Passive:Healing block: Enemies get Grevious Wands when you receive Dmg from Enemies Abilities for 3 sec. Upgrade in Adaptive Helm+Healing Block: 1200 gold Adaptive Shield+ 150 gold Rejuvenation Pearl+450 gold Null-Magic Mantle >>>1000 gold>>>2800 gold Adaptive Helm with added Healing Block.

This is my way to improve this game . What are your thoughts?

The more cheap easy counters you make to healing the more healing and lifesteal get creeped.

If you want an example look at mundo ult it used to be 40/50/60% max hp but now its 50/75/100%.

100-60=40

He now heals that same amount of health WHILE under grievous wounds than the old value without grievous wounds applied. So now without grievous your just dicked over more.

######also another reason draintanking is the prefered "tanking" option is because resists/defense in general is weak. item 3036 is efficient at 90 armor which is less than alot of melees BASE armor @ lv 18 (near efficient vs ADCs lv18). Also item 3151 + item 3135 is strong.

Anyway on your Items the "Adaptive Shield" items effect could probably be a good idea. The component grievous item should probably be limited to point and click attacks and abilities until its upgraded to completed item where it effects ALL enemy abilities. Maybe not have it build into adaptive helm that would be broken with both magic damage reduction passsive and grievous wounds.
