Usefull Alcoves

We should add to Alcoves 2 portals , one for each team. A Portal should Teleport one and only one Champion at time from top to bot and vice versa. I will add a channeling of 10 seconds that can be blocked if damaged , so who have the control of the lane can make plays on the other part of the map. Thoughts?
