2 things I was just wondering about

  1. Why isn't Shyvana "unstoppable" (immune to cc) during her ult, like Malph, Vi or Noc? Its the only ability that gives her some kind of cc and shouldn't it feel powerful to turn into a dragon?

  2. Why doesn't Heimerding gains immediate access to all of his abilites after activating his ult? Why does he have to wait for his cd's to end, before he can use empowered versions of his abilites, whereas Rengar and LeBlanc don't have to do so, after their passive is full stacked(Rengar)/ ult got activated (LeBlanc)?

Just wondering about the reasosns behind it,

I have a 3ed thing to wonder about for you: Why doesn't Karma gains immediate access to all of his abilites after activating her ult? Why does he have to wait for his cd's to end, before he can use empowered versions of his abilites, whereas Rengar and LeBlanc don't have to do so.

I think both champs would feel better to play if they wouldn't share the CDs of their normal and empowered skills, even if that means the empowered skills need to be less powerfull or have more cd on their own. It would kepp them a bit more flexible duering fights.

And no one knows why Riot refuses to make Shyvana unstoppable duering her ult, it's kinda requested since her release and only would make sense...Also, why does she still have the 20% binus damage vs monsters on her W when lane-shyvana is basically dead and her kit feels a bit weak without a good goldlead right now? It would be so much better to remove the bonus vs monsters and give a bit more power to her kit ion general.

Oh right, Karma is a similar case. But I feel like giving her immediate access to her empowered abilities after she activates her ult would make her too strong. Double shielding an ally and giving them a big movementspeed boost in the process or double rooting an enemy while also healing yourself seems like too much power to me.

Heimer would also have some broken cages, his easy to land R+E stun into the normal stun would be a huge cc-chain that is rather easy to land on high range. Thats why i said:

even if that means the empowered skills need to be** less powerfull** or have more cd on their own.

LB also can double root someone, and few complain about that, because each single root doesn't last that long so the combined duration is lower than Karmas single R+W-root. Also, haveing that root duration spreat over two spells rather than in one means twoce the tether duration, allowing the rest of the opposing team to punish you.

I think LB possible double root is no problem, because her R is primarly used for the extra burst aka Q+R followed by Q+W or W+R, so E+R means having to sacrifice a lot burst for cc, also since her E is a skillshot its harder to land. Something similar can be applied to Heimer. But as a support Karma is already primarly used for her utility. Of course such a change for Heimer/Karma would probably mean that they need to give up some power elsewhere on their kit, but I just feel like Karma had to sacrifice too much power for such a change.

The double snare is really strong on LB to get picks early/mid if coordinated with the jungler because her mobillity makes it not that hard to land the first E, and once the first snare is proced the second comes for free as the duration is as long as the there duration.

Ziggs ult+E is nearly impossible to dodge without flash or similar and if it lands, the follow up E also hits for sure as the target already is cced. Karma still needs to get into close range for 2 sec to get her snare, and she needs to stay 4sec for the double...I really don't think she needs to give up much more power than heimer or LB.

Like I said she has to decide between her burst or her utility (and she also needs to stay in range for the full duration). Same with Heimer and Karma, but Karma is already primarly used as a sup for her utility and this would give her too much in my opinion. I don't say its a bad idea, maybe test it on the PBE to see how it actually works out? But I just feel like Heimer would profit more from such a change.

Edit: And like The Deckowner mentioned: Karmas passive reduces her ult cd for every dmg dealt to an enemy champ, so it would probably need to change.

because karma has a passivr that reduces her ult cd, donger doesn't.
