Zed is fucked over, you cant W-E quick anymore nor W-Q if you try to press any of those two keys in succession your W will go off AFTER your E/Q. (This is if your W is on quickcast) It only happens when you press two keys fast after eachother, so it ruins the whole part of being an assassin for Zed having to wait about 1 second before you can press your next ability

as long as the qss remains at its current state i prefer zed to be cucked. but i know what you mean zed has become sluggier than Maokai i'd prefer to nerf his dmg and bring back his older mobility and make him focused on outplaying not cheesing early and then facerolling
