@RIOT: Be Able to Change Summoner Spells at the Beginning of Each Game

Everybody likes to switch it up now and again and play a different lane, but there's nothing worse than a jungler forgetting smite, top lane not having TP, or an ADC without heal. And god forbid this happens in a ranked game.

It would be great to have the ability to change your summoner spells before you leave base for the 1st time, or within the first minute of a game. Games are over before they even start of a jungler forgets smite, and this would make mistakes like this much more forgiving.
