I have no idea why are you buffing jinx ?

as a jinx main i don't want this , she is already fine
her ult was already a 100% kill if you throw it at 35% hp non tank so why even buff it ? not to mention you nerfed jhin , it is like you want those jhin players to switch to jinx and then i wont be able to play her anymore
