If you have trouble laning against Twitch, then you should re-consider your skill again. He's so average if not weak in laning phase. He can really be strong when he gets blade of the ruined king.

I don't think he said anything about laning. It's not laning that makes Twitch strong, so I don't think it's reasonable to assume that's what he's complaining about.

My whole point is he is balanced. He always gotta give up his early to the opponent which we all can see an amazing twitch player like Imp always has to lane swap for his late AOE and assassination power.

Being weak in the laning phase doesn't make someone balanced. That alone is not enough to say that he's balanced, particularly when he's not exactly weak during the laning phase. He's average. He can survive a lane perfectly fine, and he's very strong on just 1-2 items with very strong late-game scaling. I'm not going to make any statements about whether twitch is OP or balanced or whatever, but I will say that if he is balanced, having an average to slightly-below-average lane is absolutely not the weakness keeping him in check.

He really isn't fine in lane.... he's incredibly squishy and his harass is so much lower than other main stream adcs's. As to the op he was already nerfed and just because he's strong in certain comps doesn't mean he needs any nerfs... he is a niche pick and rarely do niche picks get nerfed (twice)
