To any Rioter who knows regarding Aatroxes 8.22 changes

In his latest QGM Meddy Meddler spoke of canned Aatrox nerfs that were canned because larger work was planned for him for next weeks PBE patch. Now the very notion of nerfing Aatrox (especialy World Enders duration) seems pretty strange to me as a mid tier player. Aatrox is primarly seen in high elo and proplay while everywhere else he is an sub par at best, i belive any impactful nerfs would send him straight to Azir and Reksai town a little over 4 months after his VGU. World Enders duration even now can feel often leave you extremly frustrated as it ends right when your health is the lowest leaving you feeling cheated and is one of the most tilting things i experienced in my many many games of reworked Aatrox. Now on to the major changes, the biggest problem i see here is well, WHAT EXACTLY ARE THEY Riot can be awfully misleading in what they consider major or small changes and so Meddlers post left us pretty confused and awfully anxious and worried considering they were mentioned in the same sentence as some pretty drastic nerfs. So please to any Rioter who either knows specifics about these changes or is even involved in making them i beg you, Tell us what you are planning hell even the general idea of what these changes aim to accomplish if you dont feel like sharing specifics.
