Why is there not a guide on the importance of warding or itemizing made by Riot in a tutorial yet?

Now that i've stopped playing support, it occurs to me that a lot of people simply don't ward or don't know the importance of warding so they oft forget to. Sometimes this has lead to important objectives being stolen or people getting caught out when I don't have yellows.

It's obvious that a lot of low ELO players are where they are in part because of this, so why isn't Riot teaching them what is arguably one of the most important aspects of the game in a sort of intermediate tutorial?

The same goes for itemization. Too many times do I see some MonkeyKing a item 3742 against an AP lane, or the same with Garen and their love for item 3068. Especially when these cookie cutter builds start falling into important roles like ADC when a Jinx builds her item 3031 first instead of a item 3085 or a item 3033 that's more useful as a first item or to build against high armor/healing threats.

It just kinda irks me that they pride this game in being a "core game" but Riot never gives new players the information/resources to learn the game properly. Especially with the tutorial telling you to build a fucking item 3075 on Ashe. Come on dude, at least change it to a item 3072 or SOMETHING.

In my personal opinion, Riot should make an entire video series that teaches the basics (i.e. warding, damage types, class types, etc.) to players and make it available in the client. Unfortunately, I don't think too many people would take the time to watch the videos because they'd rather get right into the action. Furthermore, if Riot made these videos mandatory to watch, it would turn off some people who wouldn't have the patience to sit through a drawn out, boring lecture and would then move on to another game instead.

The reason ashe build thornmail in the tuturial is it literally makes it impossible to die against trundle. Someone did the math to this once on the forum but im too lazy to recreate it. Although i agree even bloodthirster would be more ideal.
