Reminder that Champ Selection hostage-taking and trolls is a thing and needs a solution.

Many people suggested a "Disband party vote" which could avoid these situation where someone have to dodge and lose LP in order to avoid (in most cases) to everyone else to lose even more LP? This is an issue present at every tiers and it needs to be addressed.
