Is Graves worth maining?

I'm currently an ADC main, and I started playing Graves bot lane because I thought he was a good counter to some meta shit like and . I think he's a lot of fun and he's my default champ any time I'm offroled. I know people say that the best way to climb is to get really good at one champ, but looking at OP.GG I noticed that he doesn't have a very high winrate and I know's he felt the wrath of the nerf brigade before. I'd rather not main a champ under the threat of being gutted. Is Graves worth putting the time in to get really good?
