Riot's spaghetti code in action.

As someone who has been maining Lux for 3 seasons now, I totally feel you on the first one. I lost a Quadra to that crap. Like, all four people lined up and direct hit: didn't actually register the hit.

Even the enemy team was going "wtf"

The lux ult is a problem due to the lowered ground in the river. Casting skillshots from the river up to the rest of the battlefield or vice versa will cause the visuals to appear slightly differently from where they are actually hitting. And the Vi one is just because stuff goes through once it's started.

Nope, Lux's ult is just weird. If you play enough ARAM you must have noticed. One of the ult's side, I think the one on lux's left hand is smaller.

Actually they're right. It's subtle, but it's because elevation.

Aram has no elevation as far as I know.

I'm not sure about Howling Abyss' potential elevation either, but the problem in the video takes placeon Summoners Rift, and is definitely caused by elevation.

I'm not sure why you'd use ARAM as an example here, but my ult isn't nearly as buggy as people would like to think.

but surely your final spark isn't final, sometime I feel it's a spark shower. like i under a angler grinder (i have seem angle grinders spark less)

joke a side. HA is as flat as you can get, never see any signal of slope there. but hey, i never got a topographic map of the place. i do know that there's a secondary bridge that leads just to a construction, an it falls on the first blood. also, is the map with highest density off poro.
