On Discoed Teammates

Beforehand, I should clarify that Disco or Discoed is used to describe disconnecting or disconnected players.

I was in a game earlier today that I was called away from on a minor emergency. I was playing Taric Jungle (which is an idea I was very excited for). I returned to the game as soon as I could to find that I'd been discoed for prolonged inactivity. I'm an avid player. I go into every game with intent to win and I'm not scared of working for a come-from-behind victory. What dissuaded me from clicking that "reconnect" button is that I REALLY didn't want to deal with my teammates. I knew that as soon as I was back in the game I would be shunned and I'd have a hard time working with my team. It's easy enough to ignore toxic players, but when the whole team is against you it becomes VERY difficult to play well (especially as a tank). I knew that if I clicked that reconnect button I'd sit still for 5 minutes of loading and then I'd have to wade through unco-operative dialogue to MAYBE get to enjoy the game and MAYBE play my role well. In the end, I decided that I hadn't violated enough to be banned for more than a few minutes and that my time would be better spent doing something else. I assume my team lost.

I know this is just one other "Things shouldn't be this way" post, but I think it's a common enough problem that maybe someone with more experience can give some sound advice.

So cause you choose to get up and leave your computer you were afraid to go back into game. Look normally i am thrilled when a player comes back. Unless they feed their lane and then come back. I tend to not believe people when they do this and feel they are just back cause of leave buster.

If you were doing well or even neutral your team will want you back.

That said i hope riot temp bans u
