Where do I post about ranked teams?

The old forums board has a section for joining/recruiting ranked clans/teams. I'm going to post there, but where does one post about it in this beta? Community Creations?

My rule of thumb is if you dont know where something goes put it in miscellaneous! xD

I think right now Misc is the best choice.
