Lore: "Imakanti" is a name seldom spoken and done so in a hurried, rushed voice. There are stories of an outcast from a tribe living without the influence of known civilization hidden somewhere in the most strangled recesses of the Kumungu jungle. There are rumors of a madman hiding in the swamps of The Shadow Isles who seems to appear and disappear at will. There are even mentions of a laughing skeleton terrorizing younglings in Yordle folk tales. All are known by the name "Imakanti".

These accounts and more were realized when The Institute of War are besieged from within. From the braziers erupted deep purple flames that flickered with the face of a laughing lunatic. Hallways filled with noxious fumes. Some reports tell of monsters and demons roaring and grasping from the mist. More than a dozen men and women: students, teachers, and guards alike; were rendered incapacitated but kept alive before the episode ended and Imakanti was caught making his way to the summoning chambers. His emaciated figure was hidden and dragged away but not before his blackened grin cemented his face in the memories of summoners young and old. From the room in which he was interrogated could be heard laughing, screaming, crashing, thumping and silence. When the occupants emerged Imakanti was bruised, bleeding and cackling. All the officials would say is that his magical techniques were foreign and unaccounted for by their current defenses and in exchange for Imakanti's help in reinforcing them, he was allowed to compete on the fields of justice.

The only quality of Imakanti's name more extreme than the mystery surrounding it is the visible fear it inspires in the hardest of summoners.

Base Concept: Imakanti is an AP assassin who uses a mixture of hallucinogenic poisons and dark magic to incapacitate his foes before bathing in their blood. He is a pale, emaciated man with an uncontrollable shake in his left hand. He carries a severed head that emits a strange green glow and an obsidian sacrificial knife. He relies very heavily on skill shots with CC qualities. His biggest weakness is silence. I feel casting with his health will balance out any issues with his kit and match his lore well.

Abilities

Passive: The Voodoo Shuffle - Whenever Imakanti casts a spell he turns invisible for .5/1 second. When his invisibility ends his next auto attack deals an addition 15/30/45(+.10AP) to any target effected by his spells.

Q: Breath of The Demon - A cloud of green gas erupts from the severed head covering a small area around Imakanti. Enemies trapped in the gas have their vision limited and are infected with a poison that deals 50(+5/10/15/20/25%AP)/5s. This poison does not stack on itself but does refresh. 40/40/35/30/30s

W: Blinding Wretch - Imakanti spews a black muck in a colliding cone slowing all targets hit by 10/15/20/25/30% and blinding any victims facing him for 1/1/1.5/1.5/2s. 20s

E: Blood Drinker - Imakanti eviscerates his target and drinks their very life-force, dealing 80/80/100/120/140(+.5/.5/.10/.15/.20AP) and healing himself for 10% of the damage done. Blood Drinker's CD is reduced by 2s every time Imakanti lands his Voodoo Shuffle. CD 15s

R: Imakanti's Bag o' Tricks - Imakanti reaches into the mouth of the severed head and retrieves a magical oddity he's collected. This item can be used by pressing R again. Every 10s Imakanti can retrieve a new one (discarding the previous item if still stored) (shift-R). Imakanti cannot pull the same item twice before all other items are pulled.

Items are as follows: The Laughing Skull - Short range placed spell, stuns a small area for .5seconds forcing units to stop and laugh. The Laughing Skull will wait to attack a target if placed in a spot without enemy vision. The Laugh Skull does NOT grant vision while inert, but does reveal targets effected.

Flaking Gold Tooth - Imakanti's next kill is worth an additional 20% gold.

Burning Ear - A glowing red imp ear that creates an uncontrollable clone at target location over a long range that will emote a laugh and taunt at enemy champions before running to the nearest brush and disappearing

Tiger's Eye - A glass marble, large enough to fit in an eye-socket. When thrown it collides with any target over a short range. If it hits an enemy it provides true sight of that enemy for 5s. If it hits an ally, Imakanti can pick the next item retrieved from his ult.
