The new player experience of this game

So I can't get out of bronze on this account, so I made a new account, and dear god the leveling in this game is worse than the first time I did it.

You don't get smite until level 10. So every single game until level 10, unless someone in your lobby is partied up with a higher level person, is a duo top.

You don't have any runes or masteries, so early game is significantly harder than it should be, and if you're fighting someone higher level who has runes or masteries you're fucked.

You still get IP at a pathetic rate. In 10 games I have about 1000 IP. So to a new player who has never played LoL before, that's real great. You're basically at the mercy of the freeweeks. Asking for 500 RP instead of 400 RP so I can buy any champion that is on sale instead of the 3150 and below ones is not a lot. Plus, if you want any sort of runes, that again takes away from getting a champion. I understand you need to make money but good god, stop trying to force me to buy more RP just so I can actually have a chance of doing well in a game.
