Can Syndra get an actual passive?
Her passive is a tooltip. Every single effect it has can just be built into the ability itself and I honestly think her W and E max level bonuses aren't that helpful anyways.

Her passive enhances her abilities at max rank.
Without her passsive, her skills lose that bonus damage.
It is a boring as fuck passive, but it is really powerful.
And that enhances E is really good. The W is pretty meh though.

I think it's implied that Syndra's skills get nerfed to compensate for the merging of her passive with her skills and the addition of a new passive.
