Yes, I've been chat restricted before, but I currently don't have a restriction and I would like to think I've changed. Is this permanent?

Why am I still ineligible for crafting rewards after my punishment ends?
The reform period lasts longer than the punishment duration. Show consistent improved behavior, and you'll become eligible again in no time.
Why can't you tell me exactly when I'm going to be eligible?
Eligibility is dependent on a consistent display of good sportsmanship, not just "be nice in X number of games or days." Negative behavior during this reform period will cause it to last longer.

It's Riot's way of encouraging you to be pissed off and toxic.
Who cares the rewards aren't worth a damn anyways, not saying to be toxic just pointing that out that Riot's last stupid suspension because of being trolled by a role-steal and feeding, that I don't give a rats ass about the rewards...
The rewards aren't that great, you have to play over a million games to get anything worth while, and the only time it will be truly worth-it is when it becomes like DOTA 2 giving full items, and allowing trading...
Face it if Riot wants to reduce toxicity they need to work on better match-making players with competent players not stupid ones, same way in OverWatch when I just go into a random game I get idiots lose 90% of the games when I go with a pre-made group of players its esaier, match making needs to factor in other things, and Solo Ranked (Should not be based off WIn / Loss) but other factors that contribute to ranked as well and a persons personal score including K/D/R, CS, as well as other stats.
It's so easy to get rid of this message. What you need to do is report player after every games you play. I've done this and now I can get the loots and those player ban for no reason.
