The problem is that its been 6 months since his rework, and he's still broken, wtf.
Talk about taking your sweet time to fix a problem, and I wonder how many more months it will take for Riot to actually balance him, if they ever do. All of his nerfs so far have been stones thrown at a god.

I'm worried much less about graves and much more about Zed. This champion has been through thick and thin metas and has gotten nothing but little-dick nerfs since he came out. Leblanc and Fizz are also decent issues, but at least if those two use their safety nets then they can't hit you from the state of Wyoming like Zed can.
Top lane if fine.
