Just was playing on a lower level account to level it up and its horrible

So ive played quite a few games now on this bad boy and ill tell you, it is the worst experience ive had with league in a long time. Imagine this:

Your main is around goldish, your smurf is level 25 you have a silver adc and everyone else is under level 30, around the same as you except your support is level 10

Their team has a gold and a diamond and one level 4.

The score is about 1 to 30. Not to mention everyone is toxic af, what do you do?

The system detected you as a smurf and started to match you accordingly. If you were an actual new player your experience would be much different.

The level 4 might have been queueing with the Diamond and the system averaged out their MMRs.

i just know if i was a new player and i went through this level of toxicity i would have quit the game because its been constant since the start, and you cant say they detected me as a smurf when i first made the account

They didn't detect you right at the start, but the detection happens really quickly, within 2-5 games, generally. I remember making a smurf to play with my new friend and after two blind pick matches we started getting placed against other smurfs. I feel kind of bad because I knew I caused the system to think he was a smurf too, so his subsequent games went really rough because he was playing people vastly out of his league.
