Dude is overtuned and needs his numbers toned down. He's kinda broken... like Morde but with a ton of hard CC. Yet, a LOT of people seem to think he's a balanced release because he lacks a dash. When did the game's balance become so crap that not having a mobility skill immediately made you balanced, no matter how absurdly high your numbers are or how much power there is in your kit?

What about sett is op? He doesn't have much hard cc he has his e and ult nothing else, his damage is in line with most juggernauts actually he has less burst then most juggernauts.

Sett is overtuned. This is for certain. His shield lasts too long and is way too forgiving. Anyone who denies this is delusional. He has an 83% WR, and more safety nets than what a bruiser should even IMAGINE having.
As a Darius main, he is probably the only champion in which I don't perform my level 3 all in because of how frightening he is.
